Now that the 118th Congress is sworn in and Congressional leaders are getting to work in Washington, DC, SNAC members are invited to join an Election Update webinar on Wednesday, February 22nd at 2pm ET.

This webinar will feature insights from Michael Torrey of Torrey Advisory Group who will take a deeper dive into the 2022 election results and what they mean for the snack industry. Torrey will provide insight into the new Congress and examine legislative priorities and committee assignments. These important issues will be examined through the lens of what it means for snack producers and suppliers over the next two years. This webinar is free for SNAC members to attend.

Texas A&M's 27th Annual Snack Food Processing Course is in-person with a virtual option to attend. The program will cover establishment of snack food facilities, operating principles of the three major types of extruders, supporting equipment, fried corn chips, corn tortilla chips, friction extruder-puffed fried and baked snacks, single, twin-screw extruder snacks, high protein and whole grain snacks, cereal chips, fryers and ovens, packaging, and quality assurance.
