Texas A&M's 28th Annual Snack Food Processing Course is in-person with a virtual option to attend. The program will cover establishment of snack food facilities, operating principles of the three major types of extruders, supporting equipment, fried corn chips, corn tortilla chips, friction extruder-puffed fried and baked snacks, single, twin-screw extruder snacks, high protein and whole grain snacks, cereal chips, fryers and ovens, packaging, and quality assurance.

SNX – the snack industry’s main education and networking forum – brings hundreds of snack producers and suppliers together for three days of insightful discussions, in-depth business meetings, discovery, and fun.

Attendees can network informally in the Experience Zone, a kiosk-style show where people visit informally at booths highlighting each step of the snack development process. The Zone features a Sustainable Packaging Showcase, a Name That Flavor: Creation Station, and a Virtual Reality Lounge.
