WinS (Women in Snacks) is an initiative to champion leadership development and advancement for female professionals in the snack industry. WinS networking and educational sessions are annually featured at SNAC’s Executive Leadership Forum and SNAXPO, and serve as forums for men and women to gather, learn and exchange ideas and experiences about gender diversity issues in the industry.

WinS Engagement Program at SNAXPO19, featuring a panel discussion with guest speakers: Angie Bastian, founder of Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP; Laura Maxwell, SVP of Supply Chain Optimization for Frito-Lay; Jolie Weber, CEO of Wise Foods and SNAC International Chairwoman; and Robbi Rice Dietrich, SNAC’s first-ever female Chairwoman in 1997. The panel discussion was followed by roundtable discussions between male and female attendees about self-limiting behaviors that impact men and women differently.
