The SNAC International Political Action Committee (SnackPAC) serves as the sole federal political action committee representing the snack industry. SnackPAC is funded by voluntary personal contributions of SNAC International members and supports candidates for political office who understand the broad array of issues facing the snack industry. SnackPAC is a bipartisan PAC.
The Federal Elections Commission (FEC) requires trade associations like SNAC to receive an authorization from a member company before communicating with you or your employees about information related to our PAC.
Please note, federal law permits a company to only authorize solicitation of employees by one trade association federal PAC per year.

Contributions to SnackPAC will be used for political purposes and must be drawn from personal, not corporate accounts. Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to SnackPAC are voluntary and individuals have the right to refuse to contribute without fear of reprisal. Contributions to SnackPAC are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Commission Act. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Corporations and individuals are strictly prohibited from reimbursing another person for contributing to SnackPAC.
