SNAC International Announces Keynote Speakers for SNX 2026; Early Registration Ends January 17

Arlington, VA — January 6, 2026 — SNAC International today announced the keynote speakers for SNX 2026, the snack industry’s working forum—bringing together thought leaders, innovators, and decision-makers for actionable insights, strategic connections, and measurable business outcomes.

The event will open with a keynote presentation from Sally Lyons Wyatt, Global Executive Vice President and Chief Advisor, Consumer Goods & Foodservice Insights at Circana. Lyons Wyatt will deliver a comprehensive Snack Category Overview, featuring the latest data and insights on consumer behavior, market performance, and emerging trends shaping today’s snack industry.

A leading global advisor to the consumer packaged goods and foodservice industries, Lyons Wyatt brings more than 30 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies. She is a frequent keynote speaker on food and beverage trends, sustainability, and emerging categories, and has been quoted by The Today Show, The Wall Street Journal, and CNBC.

SNX 2026 will conclude with keynote speaker Candace Nelson, founder of Sprinkles, the world’s first cupcake bakery and a pioneer in modern food entrepreneurship. Nelson’s keynote will take the form of a fireside chat with SNAC International’s incoming CEO, offering an inside look at her entrepreneurial journey, lessons learned as a founder and brand builder, and insights on leadership, innovation, and resilience in a competitive marketplace.

An author of two best-selling books, Nelson went on to launch Pizzana, a Michelin Bib Gourmand–awarded pizzeria concept and later co-founded the children’s sensory learning centers Play 2 Progress and CN2 Ventures. She is a sought-after industry voice on transforming ideas into profitable, scalable brands.

“SNX is designed to equip snack industry leaders with both the insight and inspiration needed to navigate change and drive growth,” said Kelly Knowles, Interim President & CEO of SNAC International. “These keynote sessions will deliver a grounded, data-driven perspective on where the industry is headed, alongside a powerful entrepreneurial lens on building iconic brands.”
