Arlington, VA – February 4, 2026—SNAC International is pleased to announce the appointment of Cindy Kuester as its new President & CEO, effective February 9, 2026. Kuester brings more than 25 years of experience in the food industry, having spent many years at Snak King, where she led growth, innovation, and transformation across domestic and international markets. She is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, driving profitability, and aligning commercial, supply chain, and operational strategies through effective Sales & Operations Planning processes.
“Cindy’s proven leadership and deep understanding of the snack industry make her the ideal choice to lead SNAC International into the future,” said Phil Gusmano, Chair of SNAC International and Vice President of Better Made Foods. “Her track record of success and commitment to collaboration will strengthen our ability to serve members and advance the industry.”
