The inaugural SNX – the snack industry’s main education and networking forum – brought hundreds of snack producers and suppliers together for three days of insightful discussions, in-depth business meetings, discovery, and fun. Kicking off with Steven Williams, CEO of PepsiCo Foods North America participating in a fireside chat where he shared lessons learned during Covid-19, the show allowed participants to come together and share their knowledge on subjects such as taking care of employees, the importance of transparency, and more.
The revamped SNAC International trade show format allowed attendees to network informally in the Experience Zone, a kiosk-style show where people could visit informally at booths highlighting each step of the snack development process. The Zone featured a Sustainable Packaging Showcase, a Name That Flavor: Creation Station, and a Virtual Reality Lounge. The new format also featured Supplier Suites, where suppliers and snack producers held over 700 private, uninterrupted business meetings.
